There is a serial killer loose in the Vermilion Exchange. Settlement security forces found the bloody bodies of a Fundar rug merchant and an Ursan art dealer last week, each of them stabbed dozens of times in the stomach. Other citizens of the trading post have gone missing and and worried families fear the worst. The mayor has formally requested that Fleet provide trained investigators to locate the perpetrators and bring them to justice. The Permancer Justicar who was dispatched has gone missing and the mayor fears for the worst.
